Order Processing/Delivery Times

As a company dedicated to outstanding service, Royal strives to process and ship all orders within one business day.  We hold very large inventories of all items in our product line, resulting in a current same-day shipping performance of 97%.  In the rare case that something you ordered is not in stock for immediate shipment, this will be indicated in your cart before you submit your order.

A few aspects that could interfere with our exceptional shipping/processing goals include:

  • Abnormally large orders.
  • Orders that may not quality for UPS/FED-EX shipping.
  • Credit card processing questions/issues.
  • Requirement of a non-stock drawtube connector for a CNC Collet Chuck.
  • Items needing modification for a specific application (collet regrind, flange diameter reduction, etc.).
  • Severe weather impacting our daily carrier pickup.
  • Any order that we feel requires a conversation with you to ensure your total satisfaction.

After submitting your order, you will receive a confirming email once it has been processed.  A separate email will be sent to you with tracking information once your order ships


All prices listed on our website are in U.S. dollars and are consistent with our current published list prices.  Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.


Royal strives to ship all orders within one business day.  The majority of our products are eligible to ship vis UPS and/or FED-EX.  If your order is not UPS/FED-EX eligible, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.  All shipping charges are FOB Royal’s warehouse.


Royal Products will not sell or distribute your personal data to any outside source.  Log files/cookies will not be used for any reason other than to enhance your interaction with our website.  All credit card information is protected according to current PCI DSS standards.


If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact our customer service department to discuss a resolution.  If we cannot resolve the issue to your complete satisfaction, our customer service team will arrange for a hassle-free return/refund.  While we strive to deliver the absolute best metalworking performance accessories available, we understand that occasionally there may be a mismatch between one of our products and your particular application.  It is very important to us that our customers are always thrilled they chose Royal – we know that you have choices and will always work to earn your business for life!

All Royal metalworking performance accessories carry a one-year warranty against failure due to manufacturing defects (Royal mist collectors carry an industry-leading five-year warranty).  If one of our products fails outside of the warranty period and you feel that it should be given warranty consideration, please contact us to discuss.
