At Royal Products, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. We want you to be not just satisfied with your purchase, but completely thrilled.

Returns

  • Eligibility: All items purchased from Royal Products are subject to review and inspection for return eligibility.

  • Condition: Items must be in new and unused condition along with their original packaging.

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted for up to 60 days from the date of purchase, provided the product is still being sold by Royal Products, in its current revision, at the time of return.

  • Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to Royal’s facility unless otherwise arranged. Items must be securely packed, damage-free, and insured for the full value of the product(s). Royal will not be responsible for damages due to shipping.

  • Return Shipping Address

    Box to be clearly marked on the outside with RMA # and pertinent contact information (name, phone #, email, etc.)

Warranty

  • There’s a 1 year warranty against manufacturers defects, unless otherwise stated
  • If a product falls outside the warranty period and you believe it should still be considered for warranty coverage, please contact us to discuss your situation.
